Day opportunities for adults with a learning disability.
We support people to access many activities both inside and throughout our community. We are aware of the need to be physically healthy so provide sporting opportunities through the week including swimming, football, cricket, bowling, sailing etc. We also have a focus on independent living skills so encourage people to develop their cooking and money skills. Social relationships are fundamental part of being in the community and we enhance them by using group activities, such as drama, art, film-making and music, we help people to develop and maintain friendships. We welcome feedback from our community to develop and adjust our offer to make it what people want it to be.
We work to create a person centred environment where people can choose the activities they take part in. We are always keen to explore new ideas and suggestions
