Many years ago I left my career as a social worker and set up Windward. I live just over the border in Dorset with my 5 children, husband and too many animals! It's a privilege to be part of providing this service to the wonderful people here.

If you give us a ring it will probably be me answering as I manage the office at Windward. I started as a support worker and I am still lucky enough to have a job which gives me flexibility to do a bit of both hands on work and office work.

I have been working with Windward since I was 19 and now co-ordinate Spiral Blue. My favourite colour is pink and my favourite food is Italian. My satisfaction comes from seeing people grow into being the person they want to be. I love the holidays, dance and cooking and making it all as much fun as possible 🙂

Hi, I am Kelly and new at Windward leading the online interactive part of our service - ‘Click”. For the last 7 years I have run my choirs called Just Sing and also lead the Just Sing for All choir at Helix/Spiral Blue. From the moment I was introduced to Windward it has held a special place in my heart and I love being part of this family! I live in Wimborne with my husband, two sons - Ollie and Joey and our Labrador Toby!

My name is Lily and I have worked in Health and Social care since I was 16. I completed a apprenticeship in a residential setting with adults with learning disabilities. I have gained lots of experience over the years completing my Level 3. I enjoy riding my horse and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to seeing what I can offer Windward.
I have worked in the learning disability sector for many years as a support worker, qualified teacher and manager. I joined the team back in 2006 and have been part of the expansion and development of our services ever since. My role includes overseeing new projects, including the creation and delivery of Click our virtual service and supporting centres in their delivery of meaningful activities.
