In December everyone who attends each WDSL service was given a Service User Satisfaction Survey to complete, in order to tell us about how they felt their 2019 will us went.
As you can see from these results- everything remains very positive at WDSL!! There’s a bit of a stalemate in the Changing of activities department and we’ll need to make sure those people who don’t know how to make a complaint are told about the procedure to follow. Otherwise everything else across the board looks great and we are very happy with the feedback, well done everyone and lets keep it up and improve on those ORANGE bars in 2020- we want to see all BLUE next time!! 🙂
