Who are we and what do we do?
Cheers is based in the heart of New Milton at the Community Association centre in Osbourne Road.
We run our services on Wednesdays and Fridays at the moment, accessing the local community to develop a variety of learning, sporting, leisure, creative and independence skills.
We also like to utilise the great transport links, such as buses and trains to visit local places and well as using local facilities such as the swimming pool, town centre and the New Forest.
We run Social evenings, outings and holidays to further expand our range of social and independence- building opportunities.
Person centred approach- we will work with you and your parents or carers to best support you. We offer a key worker scheme as well as individual support plans to make sure we understand your needs.
We can support with…
Communication: We use Makaton, PECS and visual timetables to aid processing and self-expression. again using our person centred approach we will support you with your communication.
